Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operational excellence of the Servbank branch. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service, achievement of branch goals, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The Branch Manager will lead and develop a team of banking professionals, foster a culture of accountability and service, and serve as a key representative of Servbank in the local community.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and Servbank policies.
- Drive branch performance by setting and achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
- Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff, including tellers and universal bankers, to deliver exceptional service and meet performance expectations.
- Oversee cash handling, balancing, audits, and security procedures.
- Manage customer relationships, resolve escalated issues, and ensure a seamless banking experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Lending, Marketing) to support branch initiatives.
- Represent Servbank in community events and build local partnerships to enhance brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and customer service best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with loan origination or mortgage operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and CRM tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
