Job title: P&C Process Manager - Reward 
Reports to: Head of Colleague Processes  
Location: Dublin 

Purpose of the role: 

As the P&C Process Manager for Reward within the People Services function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end governance, and continuous improvement of global Reward processes. In conjunction with the COE you will contribute to overall design of the Reward Processes as required. You will ensure alignment with business strategy, compliance regulatory requirements, and seamless integration with systems and services. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and employee experience across all regions.  

 Key responsibilities: 
  • Co-design and develop standardised global Reward processes which are aligned with the company’s strategic goals, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.  
  • Develop strong partnerships with centre of expertise to co-design processes to meet the requirements of the business.  
  • Collaborate with Core Process Manager and technology to make certain that systems support reward processes effectively.  
  • In conjunction with the COE, lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global Reward processes (e.g., compensation planning, job architecture, benchmarking, recognition programs) in alignment with the GBS operating model.  
  • Deliver standardization and scalability of Reward processes across regions and business units, while enabling local compliance and business relevance through a tiered service delivery model (e.g., Tier 0 self-service, Tier 1 shared services, Tier 2 CoE support).  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Services functions, Finance, and regional P&C teams to embed Reward processes into the GBS framework, ensuring seamless integration with Workday or other global platforms.  
  • Monitor global KPIs and SLAs for Reward processes, driving accountability and performance across the GBS ecosystem.  
  • Champion a culture of process excellence and digital enablement, leveraging automation, analytics, and employee experience principles to optimize Reward delivery.  
  • Act as the global escalation point for complex Reward process issues, ensuring resolution through structured governance and continuous feedback loops.  
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to drive adoption of all available digital tools.  
  • Facilitate workshop sessions across stakeholder groups to conduct gap assessment and design and validation  
  • Define and implement opportunities to support simplification, automatization and optimization initiatives and ideas from the analysis of current business processes   
  • Define the requirements for new global processes and ensure they are designed to capture and collect information for easy, accurate data entry and management  
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements for change and upcoming business initiatives that impact people processes considering the latest trends and best practices  
  • Provide insight and governance to change processes to maintain a standardised approach to people processes across all markets and protect the colleague experience  
  • Prioritise the backlog of business change requests to streamline execution and deliver best value  
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of knowledge articles  
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders involved in the transformation journey  
  • Develop detailed process design documents (including process flows, KPIs, RACIs, risk and control logs etc.)  
  • Manage all change to related processes across the regions/ markets and consistent with global standard operating procedure   
  • Own and maintain process documentation including standard operating procedures, and training materials   
  • Ensure any system or process changes are appropriately tested and verified before implementation into a live environment  
  • Lead process changes, ensuring effective communication, training, and support across the organisation.  
  • Advance the colleague experience through efficient processes and contributing to the development of the digital experience  
  • Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions  
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes affecting HR processes and systems.  
  • Partner with technology on the execution of activities to adhere to data compliance and legislative requirements and mitigate risks through effective internal controls.  
  • In conjunction with Head of Process, contribute to and manage department budget as appropriate

 Skills and experience: 
  • Excellent working knowledge of core Global processes and systems  
  • Experience working cross functionally with, Technology and other business areas  
  • Experience with global process standardization and harmonization   
  • Understanding and prepared to upskill in process mapping, process flows and design  
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse data and develop change outcomes  
  • Experience in delivering change management activities   
  • Previous experience working within a GBS framework is desirable.  
  • Developed/ Developing understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies  
  • Experience in HR process management
