Your Mission:

You will be the frontline closer responsible for identifying, converting, and transitioning 12 new Ideal Client Profile (ICP) brands per year. Our ICP is defined as a $20M-$200M brand who has a growth-obsessed CEO.  

You’ll work with brands in our core verticals that must grow, positioning eAccountable’s full-service capabilities across Affiliate Marketing, Paid Media, and Amazon Marketplace.

What Success Looks Like:


Win 12 New ICP Clients Annually

You will close 12 new clients that meet our ICP criteria, $20M–$200M in Brand’s annual revenue, DTC or hybrid brands, with urgent growth needs. These clients must be strategically aligned and carry high service expansion potential. Your outreach, qualification, and closing skills will drive this outcome.


Drive Wins Across All Three Core Service Lines

By year-end, you will have secured new business that spans all three of eAccountable’s primary offerings:

  • Affiliate & Performance PR (our foundation)
  • Paid Media (Meta, Google, Programmatic)
  • Amazon Marketplace (Ads + Store Management)

Please note, eAccountable offers additional services like SEO and creative.  These are critical to delivering on our commitment to driving revenue for our clients however, they are not typically the first service a client hires eAccountable to provide. 

Maintain a Healthy Pipeline (4x Coverage at All Times)

At any given time, your pipeline will reflect at least 4x your annual quota. You will use a mix of outbound efforts, event-based connections, and inbound leads to build and manage this pipeline—leveraging the CRM for accurate forecasting and velocity tracking.


Conduct Consistent, Strategic Cold Outreach (25+ ICP Contacts Weekly)

You will proactively prospect and message at least 25 ideal contacts per week—targeting our “Great 8” industries:
Beauty/Personal Care, Fashion, Health & Wellness, Sports & Outdoors, Home & Garden, Education, Nonprofits, and FinTech.

Your messaging will reflect a strong understanding of performance marketing challenges and be customized to brand maturity and market dynamics.

Qualify Ruthlessly, Close Strategically

You will confidently walk away from misaligned opportunities and guide high-fit prospects through a consultative process. Collaborate with Channel Leads and the VP of Growth to craft winning proposals that are rooted in ROI.


Seamlessly Transition from Sales to Account Management

You’ll ensure a frictionless handoff to our Strategy and account management teams, providing context, goals, and clear expectations so the client experience begins with strength.

This role is a strategic seat at the table—central to eAccountable’s next chapter of growth. You won’t just sell; you’ll shape our client portfolio, build long-term partnerships, and drive recurring revenue that supports our agency vision of hyper-growth. You’ll help us specialize around brands that must grow ($20M–$200M), aligning with our four growth pillars:

  1. Relentless ICP Focus – Specializing to maximize impact
  2. Paid Media Dominance – Owning budgets, earning trust
  3. Marketplace Growth – Winning where people shop (Amazon & beyond)
  4. Flawless Delivery – Our work is the reputation

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-10+ years closing six-figure marketing deals in a digital agency environment
  • Deep knowledge of media (Meta, Google, Programmatic), affiliate/performance PR, and Amazon services
  • Consultative sales approach with multi-stakeholder deal experience
  • Self-driven hunter mindset, with strong collaboration skills
  • CRM fluency and comfort tracking against scorecard KPIs
  • Strategic discipline—focused on long-term fit, not short-term volume

  • 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
  • 2nd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 3rd Round: Assessment(s)
  • 4th Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team
