Regional Talent Acquisition Manager - Forvia Hella

At Forvia Hella, a global leader in automotive technology, we are looking for a strategic, innovative,
and passionate professional to lead talent acquisition across the region and strengthen our
employer brand.


Your mission
- Lead recruitment for managerial and strategic positions in multiple countries within the region.
- Design and implement high-level selection processes: competency-based interviews, assessment
centers, and business case evaluations.
- Develop and drive employer branding strategies to position us as an employer of choice.
- Use metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to make data-driven decisions and foster continuous
improvement.




YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English (fluent).
- Experience in talent mapping, proactive recruitment, and psychometric tools.
- Availability to travel.
