JOB INFORMATION:Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Facilities and Inventory Operations to join our team. In this position, you will lead enterprise-wide facilities management, asset acquisition, and inventory management. This role is responsible for developing standardized processes, ensuring compliance, optimizing asset utilization, and driving operational efficiency across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facility planning, vendor coordination, capital asset acquisition, and cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT.

- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and cost savings across facilities and inventory operations
- Coordinate facility maintenance schedules and site improvement plans. Including vendor selection, cost proposals, and project planning
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Legal, IT, Finance, and senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives and strategic facility planning
- Develop and monitor facility and inventory management processes to ensure operational consistency and regulatory compliance
- Ensure facility and asset records are accurate through regular audits, metrics, and site reviews
- Facilitate and coordinate asset acquisitions. Including, pricing analysis, evaluation, ownership transfer, and possession
- Recommend strategies to optimize use, redeployment, or disposal of assets
- Support facility openings and closures based on business needs
- Train and develop a cross-functional team of facilities and inventory personnel
- Performs other duties as assigned
Travel
- As needed, up to 20%

Required Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, such as, Business Admin, Facilities Management, Inventory Management or five years of experience in Facilities management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management
- Experience with Microsoft office suite of applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management and facilities management software
Preferred Education and/or Experience
- Experience with medical equipment, DME and HME facility requirements, preferred
- Experience in a highly matrixed organization
- One year of related work experience, preferred
- Medical terminology, preferred
