- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or two or more years of transferable experience required.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance goals, improving operational processes, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance risk, profitability, and member service.
- Active community involvement and professional presence; ability to foster business relationships, including partnering with Business Lending & Services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to grow financial center membership through outbound calling, neighborly visits, community events, and marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Relationship Development, Community Teams, and leverage the Clearview Partner Program to enhance relationships with local businesses and their employees.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the financial center's budget and business plan to achieve performance targets.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
- Lead and coach your team to build authentic relationships with members and peers, promote self-service options, and act as trusted financial consultants.
- Actively coach staff to achieve and surpass financial center goals, recognizing and adapting to their individual development needs to drive success.
- Execute manager responsibilities in accordance with Clearview's policies, procedures, and Expectation Manuals.
- Oversee or perform opening and closing procedures, ensure adherence to security policies, and manage cash levels, audits, and account reporting.
- Administer Medallion Stamp Guarantees and Notary services as needed.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, mentoring, hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, and employee relations/development.
- Participate in and create opportunities for community involvement to support organizational growth and Clearview Culture.
- Attend required credit union trainings and meetings.
- Engage with members through surveys, success in de-escalating situations and track record of recognizing process improvement opportunities.
