- Serve as front desk receptionist: greet members, monitor sign-in sheets, and provide assistance during appointments.
- Support clinical staff by scheduling, confirming appointments, and managing SMS reminder system.
- Collect, review, and file transportation logs and clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Review and correct documentation issues such as time overlap reports and missing notes.
- Perform data entry, scanning, and recordkeeping in EHR and other tracking systems.
- Help manage member caseloads in Nexus: assist with scheduling, discharges, updates, and tracking visits.
- Provide co-facilitation support for groups as needed.
- Assist with referral processing, benefit verification, and coordination of member care.
- Provide support for transportation coordination, including bus passes and billing.
- Conduct reminder calls and outreach, billing appropriately for services provided.
- Provide occasional direct member care and engagement as directed by program leadership.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with policies and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with leadership and office staff to meet program goals and compliance standards.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Valid AZ Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and minimum required auto insurance
- Eligibility for AZ Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card within 8 weeks of hire
- TB Test clearance at time of hire (and annually thereafter)
