Hybrid Logistics Analyst – Digital, Wholesale & Franchise en River Island

Analyse product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes. May manage route activity including invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracing for all goods delivered to Digital, Wholesale and Franchise consumers. 

Key Accountabilities:
  • Supply Planning - Execute planning activities within a defined framework/system with dependencies on other processes/units.
  • Supplier Management - Monitor, review, and highlight any gaps in the performance of a portfolio of smaller suppliers to recommend and ensure delivery of improvements by suppliers. 
  • Sourcing - Collect and analyse the key cost drivers, market dynamics and issues, areas of innovation.
  • Contract Management - Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan
  • Continuous Improvement - Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
  • Contract Requirements - Identify trends, summarize findings, and give feedback on existing contract performance, and provide as input to new contract processes for negotiations/ renegotiations.
  • Information and Business Advice - Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on processes and the related policies. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.
  • Personal Capability Building - Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.

Key Experience Required:
  • Previous exeprince in a planning, supply chain, logistics role 
  • Exeprince using  Project management software
  • Experience using Inventory management software.
  • Experience of Enterprise resource planning (ERP)
  • Financial analysis experience 
  • Pattern Design. Ability to wok with full competence to prepare process maps, flowcharts, and organizational diagrams using specialized tools and techniques.
  • Works with full competence to use presentation software to create digital presentations.
  • Works with full competence to use spreadsheet software. Typically works without supervision.
  • Works with full competence to create and run queries and interact with various database interfaces and query languages. 
  • Works with full competence to set up and maintain desktop environments.  
  • Experience using Analytical or scientific software
  • Works with full competence to set up and maintain operating systems.
