Material Handler - 1st shift
Metals USA has an immediate opening for a Material Handler - 1st shift to load metal materials into a truck using an overhead crane in our Muskogee, OK facility. The Material Handler/Loader, under limited supervision, performs duties related to the storage and movement of inventory or equipment; reports to lead material handler or group leader.
- Receives, places/returns items into stock inventory locations
- Tags material for proper identification
- Pulls and assembles customer orders in order of delivery
- Operates yard truck for the purpose of loading and unloading trailers
- Operates cranes to put up stock in bins or load/unload trailers
- Operates forklift (5k or 10k) to load/unload trailers
- Completes work order paperwork/documentation
- Restocks material
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
