Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an experienced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) PDP Facilitator to support training and instruction efforts in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role focuses on developing and delivering courses in accordance with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards to enhance operational-level OSINT capabilities within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AoR). The facilitator will lead instruction on the integration of Publicly Available Information (PAI), tools, policies, and techniques used to generate timely and relevant intelligence. This position operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, instruct, and update OSINT training courses spanning all levels from introductory to expert
- Deliver instruction on OSINT production using Publicly Available Information (PAI) to meet intelligence requirements
- Instruct policies, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for gaining access to and collecting open source information
- Train users on OSINT methodologies and tools such as GOSSIP, Managed Attributions, Berber Hunter Toolkit, and others
- Focus on operational-level OSINT management and integration
- Bridge tactical OSINT efforts with National, Theater, and Allied collection assets, capabilities, and operations
- Ensure training is aligned with mission needs and intelligence challenges unique to the INDOPACOM theater
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of DoD or military experience in OSINT and related intelligence disciplines
- Experience as a trained and certified instructor in OSINT
- 15 or more years of DoD or military experience in OSINT, including assignments at the operational or strategic level within the INDOPACOM AoR
- Certified curriculum developer and DIA instructor
- Experience with OSINT integration across multi-level collection efforts (tactical, theater, national)
- Familiarity with emerging OSINT tools and instructional technologies
