We are looking for a motivated Account Manager in the EMEA region who will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and generating additional revenue by working with customers on upselling, cross-selling, and retention. This is a post-sale, client-facing role, and the Account Manager is a quota-carrying contributor.
Account managers will work with a dedicated group of clients (known as their book of business) for the entirety of the client's time at Kinsta to help achieve the client’s goals and represent Kinsta in non-technical support customer interactions. Account managers are also tasked with retaining the client’s business and growing these accounts through upsells and cross-sells.
An ideal candidate is someone who is proactive and has a knack for building relationships. Also, someone who is tech-savvy, process-driven, and loves the thrill of seeking out additional revenue and closing deals!
What You Will Do:
Own and manage a book of business
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintain client satisfaction, handle account upsells/cross-sells, and help clients strategize on getting the most from Kinsta’s offerings.
Identify the health and overall satisfaction of each account in your book of business in order to pinpoint at-risk clients and improve retention rates.
Spearhead a process-driven sales approach to seek additional revenue opportunities within your book of business
Become a specialist on Kinsta’s service and solutions, the benefits they provide, and their value to our customers.
Become knowledgeable about the market competition in order to retain and upsell clients.
Coordinate with internal Departments to resolve problems and provide service.
Maintain strong relationships with your book of business, including regular account reviews and communication to ensure they are deriving maximum value.
Develop growth strategies to increase your book of business
Provide timely and accurate deal updates to management and executives on a regular basis. Identify product and process improvements through conversations with clients
Assist other Account Managers daily to achieve team quota success.
Meet (or exceed!) revenue and retention targets.
Build, maintain, and close pipeline to consistently exceed quota.
Meet or exceed all of your daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Position our company's capabilities and value proposition to resolve customer concerns or objections around Kinsta’s services.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on customers and deals within HubSpot CRM.
Make effective and efficient use of our sales engineers to educate customers and help them make informed buying decisions.
What You Bring To The Role:
A minimum of 2-3 years of previous SaaS Sales or Account Management experience
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Experience up-selling, cross-selling and renegotiation contracts
Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in technology.
Near-native proficiency in English and exceptional writing skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Annual professional development budget: available after one year with Kinsta.
