We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Transformation Program Manager to work withing a strategic program aimed at building an AI-enabled sales ecosystem. This initiative, codenamed Pinnacle, will drive sales efficiency, productivity, and overall performance by integrating advanced AI capabilities into our sales processes, tools, and strategies. This is a highly visible program management position in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment. You will work with a cross-functional team to build a seamless experience across the end-to-end customer buying journey, ensuring our sellers and partners have the support, tools and processes they need to excel.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, change management and digital transformation; ideally within the sales or channel management arena.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts to support process design and implementation of strategic technology solutions, including sales & partner tools, and AI platforms.Define program objectives, key milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership, sales teams, and DT.Partner with Digital Transformation and the Lenovo Experience Group to ensure roadmap delivery, seamless integration and user experience.Champion a unified approach to tools and AI solutions in support of all revenue-generating roles.Deeply understand the sales organization's needs and challenges, translating them into effective solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and win ratios.Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to ensure adoption and utilization of the new ecosystemDevelop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of technology enablement initiatives on sales & partner performance.Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.Monitor program performance and deliver periodic reports to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancements.Basic Qualifications10+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or sales strategy/operations, with a proven track record of engagement in large-scale initiatives.Bachelors degreeDesired QualificationsStrong knowledge of AI applications in sales, CRM platforms, automation tools, and data analytics.Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and change management within a fast-paced sales environment.Experience managing cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.Customer-Centric Mindset: An unwavering focus on the customer experience, translating it into impactful technology solutions that address their needs and pain points.Collaborative: Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships and building consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of technology enablement initiatives.Influence and Persuasion: Effectively advocate for and secure buy-in for modern technology initiatives from senior leadership and all levels of the sales organization.Why Join Us?Lead a high-impact transformation initiative at the intersection of AI and sales.Work with cutting-edge AI solutions and innovative teams.Drive tangible business results and shape the future of sales efficiency.Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.If you are a visionary leader passionate about AI-driven transformation and sales innovation, we invite you to apply and be part of this game-changing initiative!
