Position Duties
- Bachelor’s degree
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for recruiting purposes
- Experience in higher education
- Commitment and ability to work with diverse individuals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional experience working with transfer students a plus
- Previously a transfer student in college is a plus
- Ability to form positive connections with essential campus staff (Registrar, New Student Orientation)
- Excellent organizational, file management, analytical and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Spanish

Because of the 9-month length of the temporary assignment, this position is benefits-eligible. Salary for 9 months is $42,165, assuming a start date on/after 8/23/25. based on the SCUPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
