Saint Joseph's College of Maine is hiring for the position of Adjunct Faculty Business for instruction of the following courses during the Fall 2025 semester:
  • Personal Finance (2 sections)

  • Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management

  • Introduction to Marketing

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Teach the course subject matter at the college level in an on-campus modality during required class times

• Assess student performance in achieving course objectives 

• Meet with students as needed to support their knowledge development


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree required 

• Teaching experience required

• Experience and knowledge in the relevant fields

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Ability to demonstrate enhanced analytical and critical thinking skills by successfully confronting unstructured problems that have more than one defensible solution 

• Ability to demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills 

• Understanding of how subject matter relates to business and/or personal decision making
