Your daily tasks will include
- handling typical workstation problems (MS office suite support, drivers and printing issues) on Windows, Linux and MacOS
- license management
- resource planning
- providing support for all employees using chat and helpdesk systems
- providing and improving company wide infrastructure (network, notebooks, etc.)
- improving and adapting our processes in a fast growing company
- keeping our infrastructure up and running
The following will make you succeed in this role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide support and assistance to your colleagues
- fluency in both English and German to ensure effective communication with the team
- proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting computer issues, including the ability to differentiate between hardware and software problems
- solid skills in daily Windows operations and troubleshooting, with an interest in learning Linux and MacOS
- ability to maintain and service a range of devices, including notebooks, access points, printers, screens, cables, and adapters
- basic knowledge of networking concepts to ensure seamless device connectivity
- passion for automation, with scripting skills being a significant plus, or a strong interest in learning how to automate tasks
