Hybrid FARM LABORER en Balance of Nature

Located in Hurricane, UT, we are looking for a full-time, in-person Farm Laborer. You will work with farm animals, upkeep crops, maintain and operate heavy equipment, and maintain the farmland.

What we want you to bring:

• Adaptability and teamwork skills

• A love for learning, especially plants and nutrition

• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic

• A willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather

• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture

• Experience operating manual transmissions

• 1+ year(s) of experience in farming

What you must bring:

• The ability to lift at least 50 lbs

What you will do:

• Plant crops

• Manage and move sprinklers for crops

• Work with farm animals

• Upkeep and operate heavy equipment

• Maintenance across the property

Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour (pay based on experience)

Schedule: Subject to change,

• Winter: 6:00/7:00 a.m. to 3:00/4:00 p.m.

• Summer: 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
