Description
Position Purpose: Support Special Assets officers and the needs of the department.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor county sites for delinquent accounts, update internal records and forward to Special Assets officers
- Pull various reports regarding first payment defaults, delinquent accounts, and maturing loans
- Contact customers regarding missing vehicle titles, returned mail and other items. Submit account maintenance requests internally, as needed.
- Call past due customers and maintain detailed collection notes on Bank system
- Provide clerical support to the department including, but not limited to, compiling loan and deposit information for legal notices, retrieving mail and processing payments, delivering documents
- Assist in inventory of repossessions
- All other duties, as assigned
Requirements

Working Conditions:
The individual will be required to be available after normal working hours. Business travel may be necessary to meet with vendors and attend training opportunities.
