Hybrid INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT (TK/Kinder) en Keiller Leadership Academy

**Candidates must have experience working with students in a classroom setting.

*Experience working with RTI groups preferred

*High School diploma with 60 college units or AA degree or better. Bachelor's degree preferred.

*Montessori training and experience desired. Montessori certification or assistant's certification preferred.

This position consists of supervision and working with small groups of students in multiple classrooms and supervision duties in a TK/K Montessori classroom The Instructional Assistant will also participate in occasional professional development. Experience with or knowledge of the Montessori Method preferred Bilingual (Spanish), a plus Must be a team player, coachable and be able to effectively handle a variety of responsibilities
