Diversity matters
You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.
The Living Wage Foundation’s statement 'a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay' is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.
Unit 1 LUSH’s R+D hub sits in the heart of the LUSH business, and teams within its network
deliver work to support the journey of all our lovely products as they are developed by our product leads - right until they reach our customers’ hands. This role is responsible for delivering all assets needed to launch a product - printed, packaging and display.
A great Project Manager emits calm and serenity, whilst being able to adapt and react to change
positively - championing the direction and cheerleading the vision. They bring teams and individuals forward with them, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.

And unflappable - our business is built on 30 years of innovation and product development - the creativity keeps flowing!
You will act as the conduit for all creative asset planning around specific product launches - these can be cosmetic, non-cosmetic or work needing to be delivered as part of re-positioning our messaging or enhancing customer experience.
We are a global business, and communication is critical to enabling reactive and planned launches - seeking the best way individuals like to work and connecting through clear communication is essential. Without skipping a beat, you’ll seek feedback and direction, with your goal to support teams to deliver print, packaging and display assets seamlessly.
You ensure a clear understanding of all briefs and arm yourself with knowledge to inform decision-making for stakeholders and category leads, making sure we launch on brand, on brief and on budget. Working with the assigned project team, you will manage creative input and work with stakeholders to achieve asset sign-offs. You will oversee and support all creative production and asset sharing processes to enable the team’s success.
Please note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive an overwhelming response or our business requirements change.
