We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Food Truck Manager to lead daily operations of the Brilliant Punjabi food truck at Bicester Village. This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who can balance leadership with practical service. You’ll be representing a much-loved Indian food brand founded by celebrity chef Dipna Anand — a unique chance to grow with a dynamic, high-profile venture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily food truck operations and lead the team
• Handle cashing up and till operations with accuracy
• Manage stock levels and oversee deliveries from the Southall production unit
• Support service, including assembling wraps, plating chaats, and serving drinks
• Ensure exceptional customer service and manage queue flow during peak periods
• Maintain food safety standards, storage temperatures, and cleanliness
• Keep daily logs for sales, stock, and hygiene compliance
• Run regular checks between the food truck and porter cabin for restocking

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in a hospitality supervisory or management role
• Strong multitasking and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of food hygiene, till systems, and stock handling
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (or willingness to complete — this can be arranged by us)
• Friendly, hands-on approach with excellent customer service skills
