ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensuring existing client accounts are achieving budgeted objectives.
- Develop and monitor account specific metrics.
- Manage client expectations and communicate with client regularly.
- Create, review and update all client statements of work, and educate impacted groups within internal departments. Align contract rate structure with billing set up.
- Retain clients and attain budgeted targets
- Track daily activity (ie. calls, emails, events) related to your leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce
- Develop and maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships to support business success.
- Prepare volume forecasts by client
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Required Skills
- Sales support process or client support background
- Presentation skills.
- Data analytics experience
- Understanding of P&L management
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
- Negotiation skills with problem-solving ability
- The ability to craft and/or revise SOPs and other critical business documentation
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint, Business Intelligence and CRM software.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or other relevant field.
- 3-5 years experience in Sales, Inside Sales and/or Client Support Operations experience in 3PL industry a plus.
