We require you to have:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics8–10 years in medical devices or similarly regulated industries, with a solid background in production and sustaining engineeringProficient in circuit/PCB design (Altium), SMT processes, PCB inspection, and statistical tools like Minitab; experienced with PLM systems (Arena, Agile)Deep understanding of medical device QMS, supplier management, and regulatory standardsSolid problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, especially with remote teams; capable of managing international suppliers and occasional travel as needed Your responsibilities as the Electronics Engineer will include:Drive electronics and optoelectronics improvements through analysis, troubleshooting, and redesign to meet quality and reliability targetsLead process and product quality initiatives, including root cause analysis, CAPA/SCAR management, and continuous improvement effortsSupport manufacturing and new product transfers, including process qualifications and collaboration with contract manufacturers and suppliersDevelop and validate engineering documentation, including design verifications, control plans (CTQs, CPPs, SPC), and FMEAsApply statistical methods and data analysis to monitor trends, optimize processes, and inform engineering decisions and reporting to senior leadership Ready to embark on a rewarding career journey?
