  Position Summary:JFS seeks a compassionate and motivated School-Based Therapist to provide mental health services to K-12 students. This role includes individual and group therapy, family engagement, collaboration with school staff, and case management. Hiring Range: $56,485 - $58,000
Must be a Colorado resident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to students.
• Deliver family therapy and psychoeducation as appropriate.
• Collaborate with school personnel regarding student behavior and mental health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support.
• Facilitate referrals for medical and psychiatric services.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

 Qualifications:
Education:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

Experience:

• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnoses and Medicaid documentation.
• Active registration with DORA is required before starting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
