Position Summary:JFS seeks a compassionate and motivated School-Based Therapist to provide mental health services to K-12 students. This role includes individual and group therapy, family engagement, collaboration with school staff, and case management. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking rich training, support, supervision, and a meaningful impact in the community.
Hiring Range: $56,485 - $58,000
Must be a Colorado resident.

This is an ongoing position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to students.
- Deliver family therapy and psychoeducation as appropriate.
- Collaborate with school personnel regarding student behavior and mental health needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support.
- Facilitate referrals for medical and psychiatric services.
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
- Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnoses and Medicaid documentation.
- Active registration with DORA is required before starting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
