In this role, you will contribute to the Club’s marketing and communications initiatives by creating sophisticated, engaging content that reflects the high standards of our brand. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong video editing and visual content skills, a refined aesthetic sensibility, and a deep appreciation for luxury hospitality. The Marketing Specialist will assist the department in content organization and management and will provide support for various team projects from all areas of the Club.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. This is a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and qualified candidates will have a history of excellent organizational and time management skills.  An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field. Previous Marketing experience required. Prior private club or resort experience is a plus.

JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit high-quality video content to highlight the Club’s lifestyle, including golf tournaments, culinary experiences, Member events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the Club’s brand voice, tone, and visual standards.
• Maintain an organized, accessible video archive for future marketing use.
• Develop branded digital content for use across social media, websites, and Member e-newsletters.
• Assist the marketing team’s graphic designer in producing elegant print and digital collateral for club events, programming, and internal communications.
• Support the development of monthly content calendars in collaboration with marketing leadership.
• Write content as needed for various Club media channels; ie Mountain Minute
• Maintain a well-organized library of marketing assets including imagery, photos, logos, brand templates, and historical content.
• Ensure assets are tagged accurately and accessible for quick use by the marketing team and approved stakeholders.
• Assist with the execution of digital campaigns, member communications, and promotions.
• Coordinate content gathering across departments (Golf, Events, Culinary, Membership, etc.).
• Track analytics and engagement data to help refine content strategy.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Required to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 25 pounds – Occasionally
• Required to sit for long periods of time.
• Required to stand and walk – Occasionally
• Typical work hours – Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, additional hours as needed. 30 minutes for lunch.
