We're growing fast and looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Engagement Centre (CEC). You'll play a key role in guiding our customers through their journey with us, helping them sell their vintage, valuable, and unique items with confidence.
💼 What You'll Be Doing
- Be the friendly voice of Vintage Cash Cow, handling inbound and outbound calls, welcome calls, booking collections, and answering queries.
- Build trust and provide accurate, helpful information to every customer.
- Hit (and smash!) your personal KPIs while helping the team hit theirs.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Grow in the role, develop your skills, mentor others, and help us improve every day.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of contact centre or customer service experience, you know what great service looks like.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills (both written and spoken).
- A confident multitasker who can juggle systems, calls, and queries like a pro.
- Results-driven and team-oriented, you love hitting targets and celebrating wins.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
