We’re seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to support U.S. transportation operations, manage TL, LTL, and parcel shipping, and build strong carrier relationships. If you’re a problem-solver with logistics experience and a passion for efficiency, we want to hear from you!
This is on-site role available in Fort Wayne, Indiana, or at any of our U.S. Headwater Distribution or Water Treatment locations.
MOVE FORWARD WITH US
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and timely transportation services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives and growth initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and cost savings in logistics operations.
- Oversee and support Truckload, LTL, and parcel shipping operations through collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot shipment issues, optimize transportation processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as warehouse, commercial, and finance teams, to analyze and monitor trade lane volumes and provide guidance on the alignment to key strategic logistics partners.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transportation management, including freight forwarding, truckload, LTL, and parcel operations.
- Strong knowledge of domestic transportation regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) preferred.
- Travel requirements up to 15%.
