Location: Womelsdorf, PA | Schedule: Full -Time | Night Shift (6:50 PM - 7:00 AM), Thursday to Saturday
You’re the kind of person who gets the job rolling—literally. From the moment the raw potatoes arrive, you’re hands-on, focused, and ready to keep things running smooth and steady. Peeling isn’t just a step in the process—it’s the first step, and it matters. A lot.
This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, keeps a sharp eye on the details, and isn’t afraid to get a little wet, a little oily, or a little loud. (It’s a snack factory, after all.) If you like working with your hands, staying active, and being the person the team can rely on to keep things moving—you might be exactly who we need.
This Might Be You If:
You like fast-paced work that keeps you on your feet and in motion
You take pride in doing things right, even if no one’s watching
You’re good at spotting issues and even better at solving them
You enjoy being part of a team that communicates, supports each other, and works hard
You feel at home around machines (or are excited to learn how they work)
You're cool working in a warm, noisy, and sometimes messy environment
What You’ll Be Doing:
Unloading raw product and loading it into hoppers for peeling
Running the peeler station in the basement and monitoring its performance
Sorting out defective product and foreign materials before they hit the line
Communicating with kettle operators to stay on track with production
Managing hopper levels to ensure a consistent product flow
Operating conveyors and other powered equipment safely
Monitoring raw material quality and upholding food safety guidelines
Clearing out waste bins and prepping the area for the next shift
Accurately filling out logs and required paperwork
Reporting any equipment issues or product concerns to the right team
Using pallet jacks, forklifts, loaders, and stretch wrappers (training provided!)
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
Supporting your team by helping during breaks or shift transitions
Taking on other duties as needed by your supervisor
What You’ll Need:
Ability to work in a warm, noisy, fast-moving environment
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and stay active for 12 hours
A focus on safety, cleanliness, and doing the job right
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Experience with machinery or food production is helpful—but not required
Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to be trained)
If you’re ready to start strong, keep things flowing, and be a key part of how our snacks get made—this might be your role.
Let’s peel, pack, and power through—together.
