Working Student for Process Digitalization (m/f/d) (Ref.No. 1010213) at our location in Ditzingen
You will enjoy having this responsibility:
In this function you will support the digitalization of our processes by transferring and modelling the data for our Engineering processes into our process modelling tool, Stages. This is a particular challenge due to the highly regulated nature of our business and the necessity for our processes to conform to the safety standards defined in CENELEC.
It also involves the following tasks:
You will transfer the MLS Agile Framework from Wiki/Word-based documentation into the Stages process management tool
As part of the role, you will model the relevant process steps to create a structured and logically flowing workflow
Working closely with Process Owners, you will support them in transitioning additional processes into the new system
You will integrate all defined process roles directly into the framework to ensure clarity and role alignment
Your tasks will include embedding KPIs, artifacts, and Definitions of Done (DoDs) at the correct points within the processes
You will establish process tailoring options that allow users to adapt workflows based on specific project requirements
You have:
You demonstrate a genuine interest in understanding how processes function within a highly regulated business environment
You bring relevant experience from the fields of IT or Software Engineering to support process-related tasks
Your foundational knowledge of Agile Development allows you to contribute effectively to agile process design and improvement
You confidently leverage your familiarity with commonly used engineering tools such as Jira or Stages, along with Microsoft tools like SharePoint
You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, and ideally, you also have good German language skills
