We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to design, build, and implement advanced chatbot solutions that enhance user experience and customer engagement across various platforms in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-powered chatbots for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate chatbot solutions with existing customer support systems and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chatbot objectives and user flows.
• Test, debug, and optimize chatbot performance for continuous improvement.
• Monitor chatbot analytics, user feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to improve functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in chatbot development using platforms like Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
