Job Qualification

Education Level                                                  :       Btech/Engg. diploma + PDIS from RLI/ MSBTE/ State Technical  

                                                                                   Board or Any Science Graduate + PGD-HSE from recognized

                                                                                   University

Experience                                                         :       7+ years

Language Skill                                                   :       Good command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skill                                                   :       Proficient in MS Office

Other Knowledge and Skills                              :       Analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health and environment regulations, standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), and permits and responsible for the renewal of necessary permits and licenses.
  • Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent accidents, injuries and environmental incidents.
  • Implement comprehensive safety programs and initiatives, including DOJO/GEMBA training, awareness campaigns, incident investigation protocols, and emergency response plans
  • Monitor & Implement occupational health programs, health screenings to promote well-being of employees
  • Manage environmental programs to minimize the plant’s environmental impact, including waste management, emissions control & other statutory requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify safety, health and environmental deficiencies, and develop action plans to address gaps and ensure continuous improvement
  • Deliver Training programs to increase employee awareness and competence in safety, health and environmental matters
  • Prepare and submit required EHS reports, maintain accurate records and EHS performance metrics.

  • Knowledge of environment, health & safety regulations.

  • Knowledge of Emergency response planning

  • Exposure to ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 Management systems
