About the team
The Lead generation Team within GHL is on a mission to ensure effective lead generation in the world for SMEs. We want to power SMEs with all the products and features that helps them generate and nuture leads. We support products like Funnels, Websites, Media Library, Domains, Custom Widgets, Forms, Surveys which helps in lead generation for SMEs. We have a new vertical SEO and LLMO which we are expanding.
About the role
HighLevel Inc. is seeking an experienced and growth-minded Senior Product Manager to lead
our SEO product — a powerful add-on service for HighLevel users. This role is ideal for
someone with a deep understanding of SEO, familiarity with AI/LLM-driven tools, and 5–6 years
of product management experience in SaaS or marketing-tech platforms.
You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, engagement, and retention of our SEO product by
building a seamless, intuitive experience for agencies and their clients. This includes overseeing
the entire product lifecycle — from research and roadmap planning to execution and
optimization.
Your Responsibilities
1. Establish a strategic vision for HighLevel's Funnels, Forms and Surveys functionality, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
2. Make informed decisions regarding product roadmaps, drawing insights from market trends, user requirements, and competitive analysis.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user requirements, as well as to enhance features based on feedback.
4. User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to gather insights, identify pain points, and translate user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
5. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of Forms and Surveys. Coordinate with marketing efforts to drive user engagement.
6. Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert on reports. Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external customers.
7. Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance, driving data-driven decision-making. Monitor customer feedback and conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Experience
1. 5–6 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in marketing SaaS, SEO tools, or digital platforms.
2. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush), and key success metrics.
3. Exposure to or interest in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they can enhance SEO workflows.
4. Proven ability to work across teams and lead end-to-end product development with strong ownership.
5. Data-driven decision-maker who can size opportunities and measure outcomes.
