Logistics Administrator - Test Team 1
HUGO BOSS Fashions, Inc. | Midway | United States | Full-time

 

In this role, Logistics Administrator - Test Team, you will be responsible for performing IT tests and coordinate between different Logistics departments and IT. Part of the day-to-day work will be spent ensuring IT systems & logistic processes work flawlessly, testing the different processes and identify errors/problems. You will be oversee the creation of user documentation as well as error feedback for IT is an important part. In this role, you will also train Logistics employees on new or changed processes

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Conduct and coordinate IT tests with the objective of finding bugs within new development in addition to validating expected functionality
  • Create documentation of all test efforts and  provide feedback to Logistic & IT teams
  • Train employees on new/improved processes.  Create associated training documentation
  • Work with Operations Teams as first line support for all technical issues.  Diagnose root cause and either establish re-training needs or escalate to IT and work necessary IT ticket to resolution
  • Work with warehouse teams on continuous improvement tasks to improve system/process excellence
  • Provide IT/SAP authorizations to employees as needed
     
Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or logistics (preferred)
  • 1 - 3 years of experience
  • Experience with SAP (required)
  • Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (preferred)
  • High IT affinity with warehouse systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in a diverse environment; able to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives/tasks with a strict focus on deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
