We're growing fast and looking for skilled, driven professionals to join our commercial HVAC team. Whether you're a seasoned installer leading large-scale projects or a service technician who thrives on diagnosing and solving complex system issues, we want to hear from you. As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician:· Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.· Troubleshoot complex issues involving controls, compressors, and electrical components.· Communicate clearly with clients about system performance and recommended solutions.· Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients on-site.· Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.· Maintain accurate service logs and use company software for reporting.· Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls.· Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition.  What You Bring:· EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – Required· 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (Installation or Service)· Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and schematics· Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills· Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency shifts· Bonus: NATE certification, experience with building automation systems (BAS), or VRF/VRV systems Solicitar ahora
