This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA).

In this impactful role, you’ll collaborate across teams to design and drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. You’ll also lead efforts to connect employees with meaningful volunteer and leadership opportunities, reinforcing our commitment to community engagement and corporate stewardship. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Management and Implementation

  • Supports the Chief Impact and Inclusion Officer (CIIO), Inclusion Council, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the development, planning, and execution of initiatives designed to enhance an inclusive and welcoming workplace. 
  • Leads execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events to support these groups, including communications, logistics, and day-of support. 
  • Develops and implements project plans for assigned initiatives, providing regular updates to appropriate stakeholders.

Talent Management

  • Partners with Chief People Officer (CPO), HRBPs and business leaders to support the execution of talent management strategies. 
  • Supports Talent Management programs, including, but not limited to, the early career rotational program, summer internship program, and co-op program.  
  • Assists in measuring and improving employee engagement through surveys and focus groups and establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs).  

Community Engagement

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Glenmede’s corporate volunteer events and special giving efforts, recommending events and volunteer opportunities which align with both our Impact & Inclusion strategy and business needs.

Data and Reporting

  • Assists in refining process for tracking and analyzing metrics and outcomes, coordinating with HR on data collection and analysis and providing reports and insights to assist leadership in strategic decision-making. 
  • Researches industry best practices and proposes ideas and opportunities to incorporate inclusive principles and practices in the workplace.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources,  or a related field. 
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in HR, talent development, equity & inclusion, or related area. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of inclusion and equity concepts and practices. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting or leading inclusion initiatives in a corporate or nonprofit setting. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new HR or collaboration platforms. 
  • Familiarity with talent management processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and leadership development.  
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage  audiences at all levels in an organization. 
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
