Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding.
- Assist with employee offboarding by collecting and processing exit paperwork, updating HR records, and conducting exit interviews as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and training records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing assistance as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
- Prepare HR-related documents as required.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Assist the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain the facility HR filing system, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored securely.
- Assist with payroll administration, including data entry and timekeeping.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Conduct all HR processes confidentially and compliantly.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

- Prior experience in an HR administrative or assistant role is preferred.
- Sedentary work – exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, passionate, and self-starter.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
