Position Overview:   

As a Sales Associate at the LiveTrends Boutique you are the start of a remarkable customer experience. At our flagship retail location, you are responsible for greeting customers and engaging in meaningful connections throughout their shopping experience. You are expected to work as a part of an engaging and supportive team and at times on your own. You are a part of the success of our brand growing into the retail sector and supporting the company vision of inspiring people’s lifestyles by fusing nature and art. 

Requirements

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintaining personal and productivity goals
• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends.
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Able to open and close the store and act as a professional lead when the Boutique Manager is not in store. 

Qualifications:

• Previous Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Background knowledge of plants preferred but not required.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and products.
• nitiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
