We are currently seeking an HVAC Install Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the HVAC industry. You will work alongside experienced installers to assist in the installation of heating and cooling systems while gaining valuable skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job.
• Learn and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support lead installers by handling basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and securing materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of old equipment and materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights, such as on ladders or scaffolding.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions for outdoor installations.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform hands-on tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year HVAC experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic mechanical skills or experience with hand tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
