Job Summary | The Electronic Services Specialist will provide a high level of knowledge for a variety of products related to digital and electronic banking, including debit and credit cards. This position will provide support for several electronic services, i.e. Digital Banking, ATMs, ITMs, Gift Cards, and an assortment of other products. |

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: | - Ensures compliance with Bank’s policies, procedure, and regulatory regarding customer service and electronic services
| - Ensures successful operations of the bank’s electronic products and services
| - Sets up new Digital Banking customers, assists and supports all customer inquiries, as well as, troubleshoots functional problems relating to Digital Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Bill Pay, etc.
| - Performs maintenance on debit cards, such as changing limits, changing mailing address, ordering replacement cards, and/or changing the status of a card to lost or stolen
| - Resets customer passwords or assigns temporary PIN numbers for debit cards and digital banking
| - Assists with balancing of ATM and ITM balancing sheets from the bank’s Third Party and researches for all out of balance situations monitoring cards and audit reports
| - Monitors cards for certain status changes and contacts the cardholder or location if applicable
| - Maintains detailed records of all work responsibilities
