Semper Solaris is looking for a motivated Handyman to join the team! Skilled Handyman needed for growing Solar Company in Los Angeles. Ability to work independently, time management skills, strong customer service skills and communication. Ability to perfect your own work and have pride in your finished product. Comfortable with computers, data entry and taking/uploading photos of work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general home repairs and maintenance to include stucco, drywall repair, lath work, texturing, and framing
• Perform general finishing work by ensuring work is smooth, color matched (painted), well blended, siding, pristine in appearance, and meeting all homeowner expectations
• Perform residential plumbing work to include pool plumbing, soldering, applying weatherproofing and sealant, and working with copper elements
• Perform general household electrical work to include lighting repairs and installation, outlet repair or relocation, installing EV or car chargers
• Identify and obtain materials and equipment needed to perform daily homeowner repairs
• Navigate and drive to various residential job sites within specified windows of time
• Enter notes into CRM (Salesforce) and upload photos of completed work to shared cloud storage (Box)
• Provide updates and communicate directly with homeowner
• Provide superior customer service to homeowners
• Maintain a clean and presentable working environment 

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience performing general handyman, repair, or maintenance work
• Knowledge of how to perform general residential maintenance repairs, finishing, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Experience using hand tools and assessing site conditions and repair needs
• Possess a valid California Driver’s License and experience driving to job sites
• Roofing experience is a plus!

Pay Rate: $25-$30per hr. DOE
