We’re looking for a superstar Eligibility and Medical Records Coordinator to keep the wheels turning and the paperwork flowing at Bridgeview Community Mental Health Center in Clinton, IA!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Verifying insurance and making sure patients know what to expect
Helping clinicians navigate pre-authorizations like a pro
Managing medical records like a rockstar archivist
Tackling faxes and paperwork (yes, they still exist — and you’ll master them!)
Supporting our amazing clinical team with whatever they need
Keeping everything secure, confidential, and organized
Being the calm, capable go-to person in a fast-paced mental health environment

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bonus points for medical/mental health office or billing experience
- Familiar with electronic health records? Even better!
- A team player who can pivot, adapt, and laugh a little along the way
- Someone who is ready to learn, grow, and be a reliable part of the mission

Hours: Full-Time
