Responsible for promoting Coushatta Casino Resort, in accordance with its Mission and Objectives, and ensuring optimum Guest service and satisfaction. Responsible for providing accurate, timely information to VIP Guest about casino and hotel policies, services, and amenities. Responsible for answering switchboard, directing calls to appropriate individuals, taking accurate messages and delivery same, wake up, paging, and do not disturb services, and effectively resolving minor guest disputes.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Some college courses in Hotel Management preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively perform on one's own. Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to effectively resolve problems, based on common sense use of reasoning ability, as well as knowledge of established company policies.
