Production Manager (Full-Time Role)

MGN Events is on the lookout for a brilliant Production Manager to join our team and lead the technical delivery of exceptional events for private clients and ambitious brands.

About the Role:
You’ll take the lead on all technical aspects of event production — from initial brief through to flawless delivery on-site. Whether it’s a production-only project or a full-scale MGN event, you’ll be key to making it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead technical production from pitch to delivery
- Attend client briefings and project kick-offs
- Advise on tech solutions and produce production quotes
- Produce functional specs, kit lists, CAD drawings and visuals
- Manage production budgets and timelines
- Understand in house equipment and dry hire extra equipment that's needed
- Handle crew scheduling, H&S documentation, logistics and tech packs
- Work alongside our Technical Warehouse team and provide updates in production meetings
- Oversee suppliers, negotiate best terms, and manage quality
- Be present and proactive on-site - running the show behind the scenes
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong production experience - with knowledge of Lighting, Sound and Video equipment needed to deliver high impact events
- Confident working directly with clients and venues
- Skilled in equipment listing and budgeting
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
