Job Description

Content Production & Strategy (70%)

  • Lead end-to-end video content production, from concept to delivery, ensuring brand alignment and campaign objectives.

  • Develop efficient workflows with clear timelines, quality checkpoints, and actionable content briefs.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketing, and social teams to deliver cohesive multi-channel content.

  • Oversee post-production (editing, color grading, sound, graphics, animation, voiceover) while maintaining quality and style standards.

  • Monitor trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior to optimize performance; conduct regular audits.

Marketing & Social Campaigns (20%)

  • Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns with on-time content delivery.

  • Build content libraries/templates for quick deployment across touchpoints.

  • Coordinate with campaign managers to ensure content aligns with marketing strategies.

  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and refine content based on results.

  • Adapt content for different channels while ensuring brand consistency.

Quality Assurance & Governance (5%)

  • Review all published content for accuracy, brand compliance, and quality.

  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Innovation & Improvement (5%)

  • Explore new formats, tools, and technologies to boost engagement.

  • Benchmark against industry trends to keep SingPost content competitive.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Film Production, or related field; certifications (Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, Adobe Certified Expert).

  • 7–9 years in content production (5+ years hands-on video creation, 3+ years leading teams/agencies). Proven portfolio across short/long-form, live streaming, and animation.

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and VFX.

  • 3+ years brand management, creative direction, and multi-channel content alignment with strong brand governance expertise.
