Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounting Master Data Maintenance (70%)
- Manage, create and update charge codes in the financial system, ensuring accuracy for billing and expense tracking.
- Create and maintain vendor master data, verifying details and processing updates in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes and financial regulations.
- Support audit requests related to master data records and assist in reconciliations when required.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in charge codes and vendor records.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- General Administrative Support (30%)
- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
- Manage office maintenance needs, coordinating with vendors for repairs and upkeep.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and procurement to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and handling general office inquiries.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
