Your new job includes

  • develop and oversee the annual brand activities and promotion strategy for retail and distribution channels, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of the marketing plan.
  • Lead the analysis of  marketing activities and promotions by evaluating sales reports and key metrics, optimising campaigns for effectiveness, and generating comprehensive post-activity reports for stakeholders to maxismise ROI.
  • take ownership of promotion analysis reports to track efficiency and conduct ROI/cost analysis, ensuring optimal outcomes for market investments
  • manage the procurement of cost-effective marketing assets from vendors across all stores and upload promotion briefings to the internal portal and ensure the seamless execution of promotions in-store.
  • build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to continuously access new opportunities and secure the best investment and promotional support, enhancing business efficiency and profitability.
  • possess knowledge of the digital landscape to leverage online opportunities and integrate digital strategies to secure investment.

Preferred Profile

  • a Degree in Business, Marketing or any related discipline with a practical experience of at least three years in a Marketing function within the Retail or FMCG industry
  • proficiency in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams.
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with sound financial and strong analytical skills combined with sound business acumen.
  • a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • an organised and structured method in working with keen attention to details.
