In our Marketing departement, we are committed to recognizing and understanding our customer needs by developing and offering solutions that meet clinical demands and ensuring that we provide the highest level of customer service to physicians around the globe.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Create, inform and lead all activities for congresses such as: booth concept, product placement, promotion, training, booth activities, participant management, travel, accommodation, symposia and others
  • Project lead for customer and internal Events, e.g. International Customer Events for up to 250 participants, All-Employee-Meeting & Party, Jubilee Dinner and other events
  • Budget control, invoicing and forecast for the different congresses
  • Contact person for external and internal stakeholders
  • Interested in managing the in-house Video-Studio (using vMix Software) 
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate values (quality, ambition, customer orientation)

 

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in event management/ international congress as project leader
  • Self-driven in setting priorities, set and meet goals and deadlines
  • Ability to correlate sales & marketing tasks and understand the procedures with all parties and different departments
  • Experienced in managing suppliers
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels combined with good presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 5%)
  • Strong communication skills in English - German is a plus and any other languages are an asset
