About the Role: 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SDET with 5 to 6 years of industry experience in automation, scripting, and database validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust test automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality releases, and driving quality initiatives across the product lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and backend systems. 

• Develop reusable and maintainable automated test scripts using modern scripting languages. 

• Perform complex database validations, write and optimize SQL queries, and support data integrity testing. 

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. 

• Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide detailed defect reports. 

• Contribute to performance, load, and security testing strategies. 

• Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency. 

Must-Have Skills: 

• Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar. 

• Solid hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or JMeter. 

• Deep understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and ability to write advanced SQL queries. 

• Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps 

• Expertise in API testing, including automation and validation.  

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 

Nice-to-Have Skills:   

• Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.  

• Working knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).  

• Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in test automation and QA engineering.
