We are seeking a seasoned channel expert with a strong background in the IT hardware ecosystem who combines sharp commercial instincts with exceptional analytical ability, communication skills, and a solution-focused mindset. This is a high-impact, data-driven role where strong Excel proficiency and the ability to translate numbers into actionable sales strategy are essential. The ideal candidate is a trilingual (Dutch, French, English) professional who is trustworthy, proactive, and aligned with Lenovo’s values and brand promise.Key Responsibilities Act as the key point of contact in Belgium for EMEA distribution sales and marketing strategy Own and manage the relationship with three key distribution partners in Belgium across all levels—from operational to C-level Monitor, analyze, and report on distributor sell-in and sell-out performance weekly, identifying trends and taking proactive commercial action Collaborate closely with 4P and EMEA teams to align quarterly business planning and execution Build and execute strategic account plans for each distributor, including pipeline health, gap closing, and market expansion initiatives Use advanced Excel skills to track and interpret sales data, stock levels, and forecasts with precision Design and deploy joint marketing plans, training initiatives, and event strategies to accelerate sell-out Communicate critical performance data and distributor insights to internal teams and leadership Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet, especially in premium and strategic product categories Drive channel coverage improvements by working with resellers and internal sales to target underserved segmentsWhat We’re Looking For Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the IT channel or hardware industry, ideally with a focus on distribution and strategic account management Proven ability to analyze complex datasets (sales, stock, market share) and turn insights into business-driving actions Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); able to independently work with large datasets Commercial acumen and ability to influence partner buying decisions based on data and trends Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written) – this is non-negotiable for local stakeholder and customer interaction Experience navigating the dynamics of the Belgian IT market and distribution landscape Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and guide internal sales teams through reporting and insights Strategic thinker who thrives in a high-autonomy, performance-driven environmentWhat we can Offer: Lenovo and Motorola Products Discounts Sickness and Long Term Disability Plan Service Anniversary Awards Meal Vouchers Lenovo International Meditation sessions Reimbursement of public transport Employee Referral Bonus Employee Assistance Program, e.g., for health, legal & financial consultancy Internal E-learning Development Platform Available for Employees
