We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and Cisco-certified Network Administrator to manage and enhance our organisation’s end-to-end network infrastructure. In this critical technical role, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing support of high-performance network solutions that underpin the Institution’s operations across all locations. Your expertise will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable network connectivity while supporting strategic IT projects that align with broader business objectives. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced networking professional with a deep understanding of Cisco environments and a proactive approach to performance optimisation, troubleshooting, and network security. - Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, subnetting, and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
- Proven expertise in Cisco switching technologies (Catalyst, Meraki)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco wireless environments, including Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Access Points
- Proficiency with Cisco monitoring tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center
- Understanding of 802.1X Network Access Control protocol
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Clear communication and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional IT and project teams
