Your role • Sicherstellung, dass die Produkte vorschriftsmäßig hergestellt und gelagert werden• Verantwortung für die Kontrolle der Wartung, der Räumlichkeiten und der Ausrüstung für die in seinem Bereich befindlichen Herstellungsschritte• Sicherstellung, dass die notwendigen Validierungen der Herstellungsverfahren bis einschl. der Abfüllung von Chargen durchgeführt werden• Sicherstellung der erforderlichen anfänglichen und fortlaufenden Schulungen des Personals, das in den zugewiesenen Unterabteilungen der MF1 tätig ist• Sicherstellung, dass Produktionsprogramme termingerecht durchgeführt und die produktbezogenen Fertigungspapiere zeitnah bearbeitet werden• Koordination und Steuerung aller Einzelmaßnahmen und Prozessschritte entlang des gesamten Herstellungsprozesses von der Abfüllung bis hin zur Autoklavierung• Verantwortung für die Herstellung der Arzneimittel im Sinne der OPEX Philosophie und die Schaffung des Verständnisses für die Bedeutung und nachhaltige Notwendigkeit kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen• Sicherstellung, dass EHS-Maßnahmen eingehalten und durchgeführt werden, sowie die Einhaltung aller Regelwerke bezüglich Qualität, Arbeits-/ Sicherheit, Umweltschutz, Gesetzeskonformität und Dokumentation im Verantwortungsbereich• Budgetierung, Budgetkontrolle und Ressourcenplanung (Anlagen, Betriebsmittel und Personal) Your profile • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium, alternativ abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, möglichst im Produktionsumfeld• Teamorientierung, faire und respektvolle Mitarbeiterführung• Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit, Empathie und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit• Sehr gutes GMP-Verständnis• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und möglichst SAP-Kenntnisse• Ausgeprägtes Technisches Verständnis• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Working at Siegfried Siegfried's work environment is dynamic and international.
